We take the thrust of this paper as synthesis of the mathematical logics of dynamic systems (specifically Markov blankets) and the biophysics of autonomous systems; however we need help in understanding some of the more technical analogues. We also need assistance in understanding how this knowledge, this mathematical model that is, has implications for progress in a practical sense. Please let us know your thoughts or direct us to further reading that could help to clarify.
